Ectopic Pregnancy Symptoms Pain In Groin 4 Days Late, Negative Pregnancy Test And Pains In Groin- ??ectopic?

4 days late, negative pregnancy test and pains in groin- ??ectopic? - ectopic pregnancy symptoms pain in groin

Hello
Currently we are trying our 2nd Child and I am now 4 days late for my period. I have some symptoms, chest pain and nausea, but the responses were negative pregnancy tests 2 I developed a pain in my left groin, and I am worried about an ectopic pregnancy. Is there a way to a pathogen, such as ectopic pregnancy, if the test is negative? I read that the test is usually positive when read ectopic.
Thank you.
