What are some good Spanish recipes? - spanish paella recipe

So I have to do this project for Spanish class, and I need to make a court. I thought the paella, but not many ingredients. Then I wondered if I could show a receipt or other gus just good Spanish court.

I come from a heritage of Guatemala, might have some ideas, such as:
Spanish Rice
Fajitas
Tacos
Burritos

Guacamole or homemade salsa

Spanish Salad Recipe - Mixed Salad


1 head romaine or iceberg lettuce
